Coach Paul Jackson, owner of Royal Stixx Baseball Academy, is a highly respected coach, mentor, and hitting instructor with a deep passion for baseball. With over 20 years of experience, he has become a trusted figure in the baseball community, helping athletes of all levels grow both on and off the field. Known for his personalized approach, Coach Jackson focuses on developing not just physical skills, but also mental strength, teamwork, and character. His work with Georgia Premier Academy and dedication to empowering young athletes globally has left a lasting impact, inspiring many to achieve their full potential.

Coach Andrew played collegiate baseball at Franklin & Marshall College, excelling as both a starting pitcher and closer. As a freshman, he set the Centennial Conference single-season saves record, and the following year, went on to break the career saves record. By the time he graduated, Andrew was a 3x All-Centennial Conference selection, finishing with a career ERA of 3.07, 104 strikeouts over 137.2 innings, and was named to the F&M All-Decade Team as a relief pitcher.

Over the past seven years, Coach Andrew has provided personal instruction to players of all ages, helping athletes develop both their skills and confidence on the field. From 2021 to 2025, he served as the General Manager of In The Zone Baseball and Softball, where he managed more than 20 teams and trained hundreds of players across all aspects of the game.

With over a little over 8 years of experience as a collegiate, professional, and collegiate-level coach, Kara is passionate about helping athletes become confident, powerful, and fundamentally sound hitters.

She played four years of collegiate softball at Liberty University, where she developed skills at a high level while competing against some of the best athletes in the country. After college, she continued her playing career professionally, spending four years playing professional softball with the Florida Vibe.

Her passion for the game has also led her into coaching. She spent two years coaching collegiate softball, working with athletes at Emmanuel University and Radford University. These experiences have given her the opportunity to work with athletes at different stages of their development and understand what it takes to succeed both physically and mentally at the next level.

Former four-year college baseball infielder at the University of North Georgia who competed at the NCAA Division II level in the Peach Belt Conference. Throughout his collegiate career, Brady gained extensive experience as an infielder and offensive player, earning All Conference and All-Tournament team honors. He finished his college career with a .976 fielding percentage, and at the plate, Brady finished his senior season hitting .314 with 65 hits,11 doubles, 6 home runs, 35 RBIs, and .926 OPS.  

Brady specializes in hitting and infield development, focusing on swing mechanics, hitting approach, quality at-bats, pitch recognition, footwork, glove work, transfers, and throwing mechanics. His goal is to help players build strong fundamentals, confidence, and consistency while teaching them how to translate their skills into game situations. Having played college baseball at a high level, Brady understands the preparation, work ethic, and attention to detail required to continue developing and compete at the next level.
